Ex Parte Fraud - This is PURE bullshit by Slumlords

Here is the total bullshit EVICTION of an individual from 885 Broadview Ave by JoJo and Tom Li.

1. I am the Owner and Landlord of the Property at 885 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 2P9 ("Rental Property"). As such, I have the knowledge of the facts and matters hereinafter declared.
2. On or about December 15, 2023, I signed a lease agreement with the Tenant, Isaac Bon Hillier. As of the date of this Declaration, the Tenant is still residing in Unit M4 of the Rental Property "Rental Unit" on a month to month tenancy. I confirm that the Tenant living in the Rental Property is the same one who signed the lease agreement, and I have no lease agreements with any of the occupants.
3. In early June of 2024, the Tenant first contacted me about terminating the tenancy. Later, in or about mid June of 2024, the Tenant and I agreed that this tenancy would be terminated by late July of 2024.
4. I prepared a blank LTB N11 Form, and scheduled an in-person meeting with the Tenant at the Rental Unit on or about July 18, 2024. During this meeting, I handed the said Form to the Tenant for his consideration. Then the Parties agreed that the termination date would be set to July 31, 2024, so I put that date, among all the other relevant information, on the LTB N11 Form. The Tenant then signed this Form on the same day.
5. To the best of my knowledge, the Tenant, Isaac Bon Hillier, signed the LTB N11 Form voluntarily and out of his own free will. I confirm that the Tenant and I did not enter into any other agreements) that may change or replace this LTB N11 Form.
